• Farmer's Insurance Company

    Farmer's Insurance Company's Home Office Campus, which consists of two 3-story buildings and one 7-story building. We were responsible for fiber cabling of all three buildings and copper and fiber cabling of additional sites two blocks away. We also planned and cabled the 20,000 square foot data center with fiber, copper, and circuit extensions from the parking structure to the second floor data center. The data center included a SAN Sun System, 20 IBM mainframes and 1,500 servers.

    We also assumed all cabling responsibility for Farmers' offices throughout Southern California and 200 Farmers' individual Farmers' agents in the area. We also handled all of Farmers' voice needs throughout Southern California. We recently completed re-cabling of its 3-story building while the building was occupied with no interruption of its employees' workday.

    In 1988-1999, we provided all voice and data cabling for Prudential Insurance Company Woodland Hills Western Home Office/Data Center; a 32-acre site with two 270,000 square foot buildings, including a 2,000 square foot data center. Our responsibility expanded to include cabling of all sites in California, New Mexico and Colorado until, in 1999, Prudential shut down operations on the West Coast.

    During that time we built one of the largest Apple Talk Networks to date and were on thecutting edge of the "New Twisted Pair Technology".

    BBCN Bank is now Bank Of Hope. Since 2001 Terhar Communications has been responsible for the oversight of all cabling and planning of BBCN Bank Home Office/Data Center /Branches throughout the country. We have moved its data center twice to new sites and re-wired all of its original branches when it was still known as Nara Bank. We are responsible for all branch issues and presently are re-cabling some Center Bank branches, which, following a merger has become, BBCN Bank.

    Terhar Communications handled all data and voice cabling on the California State University Los Angeles campus from 2000 to 2013. This included all voice, data, and all fiber cabling. We also installed a campus WIFI network in all buildings and residential housing facilities on the campus.

    Since 2012 we have been responsible for all additions, moves, changes and fiber extensions at the Colorado and Water Garden offices of Lionsgate. We are also assisting with the company's current Manhattan office cabling project.
